By creating an account or reserving a vehicle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and submit proof of insurance that meets our coverage requirements. Some vehicles in our exotic class require additional age, history, or membership tier qualifications.
Reservations are confirmed once payment is authorized and any required documents are approved. The full rental amount is charged at pickup. A refundable security hold is placed on your card and released after the vehicle is returned in acceptable condition.
You agree to operate the vehicle lawfully and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Track use, racing, towing, off-road driving, and operation under the influence are strictly prohibited and void all coverage.
Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Unauthorized operation voids insurance and makes the renter responsible for all damage.
You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during your rental period beyond what your accepted insurance covers, including but not limited to body damage, wheel damage, interior damage, and mechanical damage caused by misuse.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit a one-day rental fee. No-shows forfeit the full reservation amount.
Black tier membership is billed monthly and renews automatically until canceled. You may cancel any time from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Select is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the vehicle. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the rental in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
